Came there 3 times, doctors didn't do anything and refused to give referral. Called office, they lied that they will give me referral and didn't do anything. Been having symptoms for 2 months. And they bill hundreds for each visit. Waste of time and money.

Really bad experience with the front desk staff. Setup an annual visit few weeks in advance at noon. Portal scheduled it as a video visit. Got a message in my chart, from front desk, on the day of the appointment at 7 am, to call and change the appointment from video to in person. And later when called to reschedule, made every attempt to pin this on me. Definitely changing hospital.

Annual physical visits are often used to mislead the patient into answering questions they didn't even ask only to turn it into an office visit for extra charges. The doctor tries to be firendly and asks how are you? Once you say something, they will charge you extra without your consent or knowledge! You will only know about this months later when you get a medical bill for two visits - annual physical (should be covered by insiarnace) and an office visit (for any type of conversation you have during the checkup). I have been incorrectly charged two times now and I am considering switching my PCP as a result. Btw the most recent one was from a doctor who had accepted me as a new patient and asked me for my medical history. I made the mistake of responding to her question, only to receive a charge later on (for 8 issues that were happening to me, all at the same time, according to the notes). I don't want to name the doctor as they are new to this location. Overall, quite a disappointing experience.

I visited Overlake for a primary care appointment and met Dr. Kiran Agarwal. She was extremely calm, patient, and attentive, and took the time to listen to all my health concerns. She was very understanding and explained everything clearly, suggested the right blood tests, and recommended additional evaluations where needed. I felt truly heard and well cared for. I’m very glad to have her as my primary care doctor. thank you!!

I met with Dr Khiatah and he took his time to explain the diagnosis and referral. All the staff were professional and caring. The primary care is located at the Overlake pavilion building 5 where Starbucks is located on the campus.
